The 2023 National Seminar will take place from from Sunday, August 13 to Saturday, August 19, in Toronto, with the 13th and 19th being travel days. The event programme will take place from Monday, August 14 to Friday, August 18. Most events will take place at Glendon College and Toronto French School
The theme of the Seminar is Federalism in Canada, and the prepared motion to be debate on the last days is as follows:

As in previous Seminars, the CSDF secured a grant from the Government of Canada’s Exchanges Canada program which subsidized travel costs for delegates, as well as one adult per province and territory. This generous contribution allowed many students who could otherwise not attend for financial reasons to participate in the Seminar.
